Mississauga, ON (July 2, 2021) – Services and Housing In the Province (SHIP) is very excited to announce that it has partnered up with Home Depot Canada for its Orange Door Project.

The Orange Door Project is committed to supporting charitable organizations and initiatives that prevent and end youth homelessness in Canada. Youth that are at risk or facing homelessness are supported by helping them realize their full potential and build a brighter future.

Orange Door Project

Invested $30M+ in housing and supportive services for homeless youth.

Supported tens of thousands of vulnerable youth through renovation projects and support programs.

Helped more than 300 organizations across Canada that serve at-risk/homeless youth.

Raised more than $9M through The Orange Door Project Campaign.

SHIP has several programs aimed at supporting youth including Peel Youth Village, a youth program that provides stable transitional housing and support services for youth, and Early Psychosis Intervention, a program that provides support to individuals and their families at the first signs and symptoms of psychosis.

Donations made through the Orange Door Project go directly to SHIP’s youth support programs.
