New Housing Announcement: 273 Main Street North

March 1, 2024 – SHIP is excited to announce the purchase of 273 Main located in Brampton at 273 Main Street North. This purchase will grow SHIP’s housing portfolio.  In the short term, this building will provide a home for up to 10 tenants. The long-term plan is to redevelop the property to create more supportive housing to address SHIP’s growing wait list.

This property was purchased by the organization to achieve our Strategic Plan goals: Build to support permanent affordable housing and grow our housing stock.
