Recovery Residences Program consists of two group homes located in Mississauga and Brampton.

Client Support is provided by professional full time and part time counselors with varied experience assisting clients with mental health challenges. Our dedicated SHIP team works closely with other internal programs (ACTT, Tenant Relations), external partners (CMHA, Trillium Health Services), other health care professionals, and friends and family to make sure residents are receiving the best care possible to suit their unique needs.

How To Apply

Eligibility criteria includes individuals over the age of 16 with persistent mental health conditions who wish to live and engage in a transitional supportive environment for up to two years. Our clients live among peers and eventually to move onto next stage of their lives as they self-identify as they work with our qualified professionals to:

  • Establish a clear intention to take positive steps towards their recovery
  • Develop practical daily living skills
  • Access to various health, social services and community engagement programs.
  • Maintain or re-connect with family and friends through mediation process
  • Assistance with job-related opportunities
