The Tenant Relations and ADR department works with SHIP tenants to establish a seamless transition to independent living, while helping them maintain housing throughout their tenancy.

Our goal is to promote healthy housing that contributes to an individual’s physical and mental well-being. This is done through our in house programs as well as our partnership agencies. Together, we put our best efforts forward to assist and support our tenants because we believe that our clients deserve housing and services that best meet their needs and will help to achieve successful outcomes. Through the Seven Principles of Healthy Housing™, the Tenant Relations team is able to assist in maintaining quality standards, provides transitional and ongoing independent living support, as well as educates our tenants regarding their rights and obligations as tenants.

SHIP provides housing to clients throughout the Peel Region, Caledon, West Toronto and Orangeville.
