A community–based, client centered program that offers supportive housing for persons with a dual diagnosis who wish to reside in Brampton.

This formal partnership is in collaboration with Brampton-Caledon Community Living, Kerry’s Autism Services Peel have been in existence since 2008 and currently support individuals to live independently in their community.

Program eligibility

16+, have a mental health and developmental disability diagnosis/autism spectrum disorder and can live independently with 10 hours of support per week. Individuals work with a support team from each agency to maintain housing and the skills to live on their own. Support workers provide health teaching, linkages to psychiatry and community resources, as well as assisting clients with the day to day activities of living. Weekly groups are client-centred and promote social, recreation and educational opportunities.
